If your sample has come to us from a channel partner or a healthcare provider, they may have access to your reports and other information. 30 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Vieroots - you can return all items within 30 days of receiving the product. However, please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. In case if you have used the product and you are not satisfied with what you have bought, then we'll still take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided not more than 30% of the content inside the bottle is used. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or redeemable Vieroots Privilege points or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

warehouse/clearance sale products are sold at a heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under warehouse sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.
